These Terms & Conditions govern your business relationship with Wayne Enterprise LLC. By working with us, you agree to the terms laid out in this agreement. Our services are designed exclusively for verified wholesale businesses. We do not extend our services to individual sellers, direct-to-consumer vendors, or third-party resellers who do not own or control their inventory.

Wayne Enterprise LLC operates as a digital distribution and operations partner. We do not function as a public marketplace or classifieds platform. Upon entering into a partnership, we manage your brand’s digital presence by creating listings, managing fulfillment, overseeing customer care, and delivering reporting and payouts. While we act as a managed partner and reseller, all branding and product control remain with you. We do not make modifications to your brand, pricing, or product content without your approval.

All payments, including payouts for sold products, are processed based on mutually agreed timelines and are documented transparently. We deduct any associated platform or fulfillment costs, and you receive a clear performance report that tracks inventory and sales. All assets you provide, including logos, product descriptions, and photography, remain your intellectual property. We use them only within the scope of our partnership and for the purpose of promoting your brand in an accurate and professional manner.

Either party reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If the partnership ends, all outstanding payments and responsibilities will be resolved within thirty business days. Wayne Enterprise LLC is not responsible for damages caused by external logistics providers, e-commerce platform restrictions, or any other events outside our reasonable control. This agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Country, e.g., Pakistan], and any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
